Refund Policy

At OneReview, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy to foster a trustworthy relationship with all our clients. Please review the guidelines that govern the cancellation and refund policies for OneReview and its services. If you decide to cancel or delete your account, please inform us at least 2 days before the end of your current term by sending an email to cs@onereview.support or through your billing portal in the Shopify app. Be aware that upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers, so ensure you truly wish to cancel your account before proceeding. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your service level at any stage of your subscription, but please note that OneReview does not issue refunds for these changes. If you choose to discontinue our services mid-term, we cannot refund the fees paid for the remaining period of your term. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the OneReview services for any reason, at any time, without prior notice. In cases of suspected fraudulent activities related to our services, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

OneReview bills at the end of every month for the use of its SaaS service, and all rendered services are non-refundable. Upon selecting a subscription plan and providing billing details, OneReview will charge the amount due at the end of each month based on the amount of summaries published. Note that OneReview bills based on the highest amount of summaries published during the billing month.

Subscriptions, whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly, automatically renew on their respective renewal dates, according to the date of purchase, until officially canceled in writing. Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by emailing cs@onereview.support or cancelling within the OneReview Shopify dashboard.

Customers will receive a confirmation email from OneReview acknowledging the cancellation of their subscription to the SaaS service.

It's important to note that no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, quarters, or years of service upon cancellation.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and customers are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

Fees for monthly, quarterly, or yearly services from OneReview do not include charges for phone and Internet access, as well as other data transmission charges. Currency exchange settlements will be as per the customer’s agreement with their payment method provider. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. For any changes in subscription, please contact cs@onereview.support or adjust your settings on the OneReview dashboard in Shopify. Billing will be adjusted accordingly in the next billing cycle.

No refunds or credits will be issued by OneReview for partial months of service in the case of subscription downgrades.

OneReview reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription to any of the SaaS services offered. In the event of refusal or cancellation of a subscription by OneReview, customers will be refunded on a prorated basis for any remaining days in their subscription plan.

These policies are applicable to all SaaS services offered by OneReview unless stated otherwise in specific program materials.
